• Safari packages and tour arrangements
• Airport transfers and ground transportation

All services are subject to availability and confirmation. Quotes provided are estimates and are only confirmed upon written booking confirmation and receipt of payment.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Prices quoted are valid for a limited period and may change prior to full payment.
• A deposit may be required to secure a booking. The balance is due on the date specified in your booking confirmation.
• Full payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
• All prices are quoted in the currency specified in your quote and are subject to applicable taxes and service fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@dreamtravelsafaris.com.
• Cancellation fees vary depending on the service type, supplier policies, and how far in advance the cancellation is made. Specific terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
• Airline tickets may be non-refundable or subject to airline-specific cancellation penalties. We are not liable for losses arising from airline cancellation policies.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14–30 business days of approved cancellation requests.

5. Visa Services Disclaimer

Dream Travel & Safaris provides visa application assistance and professional guidance. However, the issuance or refusal of a visa is strictly at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We do not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances, and we are not liable for visa denials, delays, or costs incurred as a result thereof.

6. Travel Documents & Insurance

It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to ensure they hold valid travel documents (passport, visas, health certificates, etc.) required for their journey. We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. Dream Travel & Safaris is not liable for losses arising from inadequate travel documentation or lack of insurance coverage.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dream Travel & Safaris acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other third-party service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising out of services provided by such third parties. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in question.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, war, civil unrest, or strikes.
